Agreement

By downloading or using CapyBuddy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

CapyBuddy is provided under the terms displayed on its GitHub repository. You may use the app for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with that license.

App Store

If you downloaded CapyBuddy from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

In-App Purchases

CapyBuddy offers optional tip jar purchases. These are one-time, non-consumable voluntary tips. They do not unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Disclaimer

CapyBuddy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use CapyBuddy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CapyBuddy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
